"I had pretty “decent” teeth but I wanted to close some spacing and eventually get veneers to cover a spot on my tooth that has bothered me my entire life. Dr. Best has been the greatest thing to happen to me! I now have PERFECT teeth and after getting the braces removed, the brown spot is now gone! I can’t recommend this office enough. "The building is clean and every staff member has been exceptional. My 9 year old son got his braces on today and by the time we got home he had picked at them and loosened a bracket. I called the office to explain what happened and they allowed us to head back in to get it fixed without an appointment. When we got there they got us in quickly and resolved his issue without a problem. Again: fast and friendly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else."

"Called at 3:00PM on 9/7/23 to schedule an appointment to get my daughter braces. Was left on hold for 12 minutes. I called back at 3:30 And was left on hold. I hung up and called at 3:45 and was placed on hold again. I’m taking it at a sign that this may not be the place where I should take my business. This message is for the management team. I suggest a better system or protocols to not deter any potential clients.Update*** an employee saw my number on a caller ID and called me back after close of business this same day. I will refer to her as Mrs. E. She apologized as they were having issues with phones and short staffed. I expressed to her that whoever was answering phones would have been better of just stating, he we are really busy, what’s your number we will call you back or ask to call back later. Instead, they would answer phone, not let you speak, place you on hold indefinitely. Mrs. E asked me if I would like an appointment, I had already scheduled with another practice and told her no thanks. We talked a bit over the phone, she expressed interest in my concerns so I decided to give them shot.Day of appointment- the location seemed nice, the staff at front desk was very attentive and greeted everyone that walked in. They took my daughter to do some x-rays and within a few minutes we were sitting with Dr. Best. I must give Dr. Best kudos for being diligent and concise explaining his assessment. Mind you I had gone to another practice the week prior. He articulated his approach to achieving the results we are looking for in simple terms. With the X Ray up on the screen as he is explaining, made it that much easier to understand. The first practice was just trying to sell us Invisalign’s product. Dr. Best was concerned about getting the best results. With that said, I’m calling Best smiles today to move forward with my daughter’s braces. Thank you Mrs. E for following up. Your customer service skills and genuineness caring for customers is why I gave Best Smiles a shot. Cheers to you !"
"I just recently had my braces removed after two years of having them on, and I must say that I am extremely happy with the results! Dr. Best and staff did an amazing job! For years, I had been telling myself “I really should get braces…” Now in my 30’s I finally made the decision to go for it, and I’m glad I did! The staff was always very friendly to me, and I always looked forward to going in for my appointments. I usually had Martine work on my teeth, and she always did an outstanding job! Dr. Best is a really cool guy, and is very fun to talk to and joke with. If I had any issues, he would always take time to address my concerns and answer my questions. We ended up keeping my braces on a little bit longer than anticipated, and I’m glad we did. I am definitely happy I went to Best Smiles, and I recommend Best Smiles if you are considering getting braces!"

"The team at Best Smiles are fun and professional! The light hearted energy from the staff makes what could be a very unfun experience so much better! While they may enjoy what the do and have fun doing it, they also take their work very serious and really strive to do the very best for each and every patient! Martine installed my braces and was sweet and friendly. She worked efficiently to get the job done and checked on me frequently! Dr. Best came in and checked on me too! His fun charismatic energy is so awesome! They were great with the younger patients and with me an adult! Treating us all as individuals with a fun but very caring team culture! I also really appreciated the private bays rather than the assembly line with no privacy that most offices have. Highly recommend!"

"I have been going here since I was in the fifth grade and have came a long way. From my dad picking me up early from school to me making my own appointments. My teeth used to be the worst that sometimes Id get made fun of. Now a lot of girls compliment me saying how nice my teeth and smile are. I went through a multitude of procedures such as having to get several teeth taking out (different dentist for that), to wearing this crazy device to fix my overbite that covered all my teeth, to having braces from the 5th grade to 10th grade. Now i wear my retainer every once in a while to sleep. The staff here is extremely friendly and I will never forget how nice to me they always were. They care about every patient and ensure that one they leave with the perfect smile. I attached a picture of my favorite dental assistant that seen me grow to the man I am today.Every dollar well spent out of my parents pockets lol. I now live in GA due to the ARMY, but I will always go back if I ever need anything."
