"Well ever since moving to the Mount Dora/Sorrento area 5 years ago, this is honestly the first place where I’ve received exceptional customer service and experienced the most caring staff. My niece is visiting from VA and one of her screws from her Herbst appliance unscrewed completely. I called several orthodontists office around the area and they all denied providing any sort of service to fix the issue since it wasn’t done by their office. Coincidentally, I also needed a second opinion on my 8 year old’s daughter need for braces, recommended by her dentist and then felt forced into by another ortho office. They did a free consultation for my daughter and determined that we should extract another baby tooth before getting braces and see if that will help resolve her issue from her permanent tooth not growing out. Then reevaluate the need for braces in another year. The doctor was so professional, honest and assuring. I’m glad that his first thing was not to push her getting braces but trying other natural options. He then proceeded to examine my niece and was able to fix her Herbst appliance so it wasn’t poking the inside of her cheek. And he did this all for free as a Good Samaritan procedure. He restored my faith in orthodontists. I’ve already made my daughter’s 1 year follow-up. I will be referring all of my mommy friends to Dr. Best because he truly is THE BEST!! Thank you Dr. Best, from the bottom of our hearts."

"Desde que yo era muy jovencita tenia mis dientes bien separados , busque la opinion con un ortodoncista y me dijo que yo no calificaba para tratamiento de ortodoncia y asi pasaron los años.hasta que un dia en el año 2019 me dije porque no buscar una segunda opinion y asi encontre en online al Dr best.cuando entre a consulta por primera vez el me dijo yo calificaba para tratamiento de ortodoncia y selecione los invisalign por menos llamativos para mi edad 🫢.estoy muy feliz y santifecha con el resultado puedo decir que Dios puso en mi camino al Dr best el mejor y su personal, gracias Dr best usted me dio seguridad y ahora puedo hablar y mostrar mis dientes con confianza."
